The Isaac Hoffman House is a historic home located at Houcksville, Carroll County, Maryland, United States. It was built about 1850, and is a two-story gable-roofed stone farm house with a stucco exterior and a four bay façade with a one-story full length porch. The property also features a stone springhouse. What makes the house remarkable is that it contains many elements of Pennsylvania-German architecture, which are indicative of earlier eras and styles. Isaac Hoffman was a second generation American, he still used architectural traditions of Germanic derivation in the construction of this house.

The Isaac Hoffman House was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.
