DAS_BROTKOERBCHEN German Micro bakery in Albuquerque, NM – A taste of authentic German Breads, Broetchen, Pretzel Variations, and Pastries in the high desert. We are a certified home-based New Mexico Cottage Food Operation, located in North East Albuquerque. We are NOT A WALK-IN BAKERY, but you will be able to preorder all of our baked goods right here on Hotplate for an easy pick up at selected times on Oakland Avenue NE (between Ventura and Holbrook, near Trader Joe’s on Paseo del Norte). Deliveries to some zip codes in NE Albuquerque are available for a fee. Choose from our ROTATING Menus: * SUNDAYS – a variety of Sunday morning breakfast rolls (Fruehstuecksbroetchen). * Selected TUESDAYS only: Strudel varieties (fillings vary from season to season). * WEDNESDAYS – a variety of German Soft Pretzel varieties (Laugengebaeck). * FRIDAYS – a variety of breads (Brote), including health breads (most of them gluten-free and some vegan). * SPECIAL Holiday Bake Days & Events (Christmas, New Year, Super Bowl, Carnival, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter, Father’s Day, 4th of July, St. Martin’s Day, Thanksgiving, Nikolaustag / St. Nicholas, but we also cater your private event from weddings, birthday parties, graduation, celebration of life, etc. You will also find us on the annual German Christmas Market in December here in Albuquerque.
