Now in the 4th generation of family running and making all of the sausages, we still use Fritz’s recipes for our original old world style sausages. Fritz’s team never thought about cutting quality or corners by adding fillers and unknown meats to our recipes, we use only quality cuts of meat and everything is still made by hand right here in our USDA inspected facility.”
