Chef Klaus was born in Frankfurt, Germany, and migrated to America in 1953, where he served in the US Army for four years. After serving his new home country, Chef Klaus began his journey in the kitchen, where he fell in love with preparing all of his mother’s delightful German recipes here in America.”
