Inside our restaurant, you will see our servers wearing traditional dirndls, memorabilia from Germany, and beer steins hanging from the ceiling, all in a friendly setting from which we derived our name Schmankerl (meaning Bavarian culinary delicacy) and Stube (meaning a cozy room).”
